Delicious Dips

In my recent travels I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Delicious Dips (Josh Deitcher).  We chatted for awhile and I had the opportunity to try all 4 of his Dips: Southwest Chipotle & Lime, Sweet Onion, Rancho Jalapeno and Tuscan White bean dip.

Right off the bat, I fell in love with the Tuscan white bean dip.  The rosemary, garlic and lemon flavors really stimulate the palette making you want more.  Moving on to the next one, I tasted the Southwest chipotle and lime.  This isn’t overpowering like some chipotle flavors are, yet definitely holds the essence of the southern chipotle flavor.  Yum!  Then came the sweet onion dip.  It is exactly what it says.  The sweetness of the honey and potency of the onions pairs very well with a dry wine.  Finally, was the Rancho Jalapeno dip.  A lot of people hear Jalapeno and stay away because of its spiciness, but Josh has managed to capture the unique flavor of the peppers without much of the spice; making it an extremely enjoyable taste.

Well done!  If you want to know more, and find out where you can get your own, contact Josh at: deliciousdip1@gmail.com
