I would use this knife to chop small onions, chalets, and garlic as well as to peel and supreme oranges.
I love to cook and feel like a chef needs the best knives at her disposal to create anything from a basic chicken dish to the most elaborate meals. Whatever I make, I make from my heart and I do it to nourish my family and to help enhance those dinnertime meals where we all get together and share our day’s experiences. I’ve drooled over a WUSTHOF knife for a while but couldn’t afford to buy one; having this knife in my knife block would add to my arsenal of tools to continue making those wonderful family moments — and meals.

Beautiful knife! In my kitchen, it’s a pretty good bet that it would be used for cutting onions more than anything else. It seems I start every meal by cutting up an onion! LOL
