August is here and we all get hot and sweaty. We need something refreshing, and of course we know we must stay hydrated with water, but who doesnt love a nice cold beer. This was one of the beers my husband and I picked up at Wegmans, called Pale Wheat Ale 422 by Brewing Company Southern Tier. Aroma is not too strong, it has a lemony and citrusy taste with yeasty flavors. It pours a slightly hazy bright yellow with a thick head. A good summer beer to cool you off from cooking on the grill. I give this beer an 8 out of 10. Goes great with anything grillable.

I love beer. Don’t get me wrong I am no alcholic, but I do love to kick one back now and again. I will have to put this one on my list to try. 🙂

My personal favorite beer, is called the Scrimshaw Pilsner. Of course, I’m still a novice in beer but it’s growing on me. I’ll have to try this one out.
