Steak is whats for dinner!!

Steak rolls stuffed with Caramelized Onions, with a side of mashed cauliflower  and some spring mix salad (if you dont eat meat enjoy this meal without it).  What a great meal to enjoy with a nice glass of wine.

Red meat is consistently considered an unhealthy food. Although steak does have  high levels of cholesterol and saturated fat, it is also a good source of  protein and nutrients. In moderation, steak can be a worthy addition to most  diet plans. Different cuts of meat have different nutrient profiles, so opt for  lower calorie cuts of meat if possible.

The kind of fat in organic, grass-fed beef is actually good for you! So choose wisely, and eat well and with passionate abandon.

  2. Steak has never been something that I crave, but your photo makes it look absolutely delicious! Would you care to share your recipe? Also, I’ve never had cauliflower, so I am unsure if I like it, but again, the way you presented it looks awesome.

Red meat doesn’t appear too often on our table, but every now and then I get a real craving and that’s when it’s the best. This dish looks and sounds delish. What cut did you use?

    1. I use the thin cuts of Flank Steak, Its really easy to use to roll up any kind of stuffing you have in mind 😉
