St. Patty’s Cocktail

Processed with Rookie

March is finally here, which means St. Patrick’s Day is coming up.  If you’re hosting a party with family and friends this cocktail will be a hit.  Did you ever have an Irish potato candy?  Do you like them?  If you do, then you’re going to love this drink.  I seriously felt like I was enjoying an Irish potato in liquid form with a little kick.  Thanks again to the hubby for coming up with a great idea, and yours truly for the garnish idea. “Sláinte!”

Ingredients:

3 shots Irish cream liquor

2 shots Coconut rum

1 shot Vanilla rum

50/50 Cinnamon and nutmeg, garnish

Ice

Preparation:

Place ice and all of your shots in a shaker.  Shake, Shake and pour. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg mix. (serves 2)

  3. Reblogged this on pint sized palate and commented:
Perfect cocktail for St. Patty’s except I need to make sure that the rum is from Puerto Rico in order to add a Spanish twist. Is it noon yet?
