Chicken Milanese is what’s for dinner. Super simple but delicious dinner for a rainy Monday. In my coating for the chicken I use flour (seasoned with S&P), egg (beaten) and panko crumbs with Parmesan, basil, parsley, salt and pepper. I shallow fry them with evoo and butter. For the salad I used arugula, watermelon radishes, salt, pepper, evoo, Parmesan and red wine vinegar.
Potatoes at their best. Oven roasted in a cast iron @lecreuset ...you will get the best crust every time. Seasoned with evoo, s&p, rosemary and a dash of worcestershire. Toss everything together. Add to skillet on medium to high heat for about 2-3 minutes. Place in the oven with 2 tablespoons of butter at 400 F degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Half way through add a little chicken broth or vegetable broth and flip them. Continue to roast. Top with Parmesan and parsley. These go perfect with anything you serve.
Made some roasted Brussels wrapped with bacon for dinner tonight. Omg they were absolutely delicious. I also made a quick dipping sauce made out of Greek yogurt, minced garlic, s&p, lemon juice, parsley, evoo and Calabrian chili paste.
Ordered dinner from this little gem of a restaurant I found today @lavogliabyob ...the food is fantastic. Can’t wait to come back and eat inside ☺️
