What’s for dinner? Broccoli lemon butter pasta. This pasta dish will become a family favorite. Even those picky eaters will love this dish. It’s a great way to incorporate those veggies. Recipe below 👇
What’s for dinner? Perfectly seared scallops. On a purée of asparagus topped with some asparagus, pea shoots and for the chefs kiss a drizzle of really good olive oil. It’s spring on a dish. Tip for cooking scallops: remove the side-muscle if you find any still attached. Pat completely dry. Season and cook on a very hot pan. I like to add evoo and butter. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Don’t mess with it once placed on the pan. Remove and serve.
What’s for dinner? How about a side of roasted carrots, whipped goat cheese and topped with pistachios? This combination just works so well. The sweetness of the roasted carrots with the creamy/tanginess of the cheese = perfection. I roasted the carrots with some evoo, salt, pepper, garlic powder and thyme. For the goat cheese I whipped it up with some evoo, pepper, lemon zest and lemon juice. This is a great side for Easter 🐰
What’s for dinner? It’s the all American burger. But it just got much better. Stuffed Bleu Cheese Burger with Buffalo Sauce, oozing with spicy, creamy goodness. I mean who doesn’t love a good buffalo dish packed with flavor? Instead of enjoying chips on the side I went ahead and placed it as a topping. Grab a beer and you’re good to go. This recipe was actually featured on @rachaelraymag website a couple of years ago. Recipe below 👇
