Planet Hollywood in Disney Springs

The last time my husband and I visited Disney Springs was about 15 years ago on our honeymoon. We never forgot our dinner at Planet Hollywood. So during our visit back this time we had the opportunity to go and have dinner at Planet Hollywood with our kids. They made a couple of changes to the floor to create more room for the booths. They still kept those awesome movie props that we all love to walk around and see too. We had one of the best seats in the house.

We sat right in front of the 4,500-square-foot immersive video wall with state-of-the-art sound and media; featuring music videos, karaoke, custom 3D animation and more. It’s super exciting for kids and adults.

Our waitress was by far one of the best waitresses I have ever had at any restaurant. Her name was Amber and she went above and beyond to make our dinner so enjoyable. The menu had some amazing choices including some Big Bite Burgers and signature sandwiches by Celebrity Chef Guy Fieri. The portions of the dinner dishes are huge, so we decided to skip the appetizers.

This is what we ordered: L.A. Lasagna pasta tubes filled with ricotta and Bolognese meat sauce fried to a golden brown and served with roasted garlic cream and tomato basil sauce. St. Louis style pork ribs slow-cooked in-house smothered with BBQ sauce and served with green beans. All natural slow-roasted juicy double chicken breast tenders & pan gravy with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and green bean blend.

We decided to skip dessert because we were so full at this point, but we did enjoy some fun drinks. The kids got a strawberry drink with a glow cup that they were able to keep. The husband and I had a margarita and a bottle of wine. We had some wine leftover and since we were walking back to the hotel we got to take an adult sippy cup with us.

We can’t wait to return. From the service to the food and entertainment it was an awesome experience to share with our kids.
