Its almost that time again for the Philadelphia inquirer travel & culinary expo at the Valley Forge casino.  This year i’m excited to be part of the expo by doing a demo and handing out some samples.  It will be a fun filled weekend with lots of great things to explore from travel to food and a beer pavilion.
