We all want that easy dish to make here and there. Flatbreads aren’t just for wraps. Get creative and make some delicious pizzas with different toppings. From traditional pizza to a sweet and savory. These little pizzas are great for entertaining as well, if you planning on having a get together, these are great appetizers or you can even make a pizza bar and everyone can create their own. Ingredients:
1st Pizza:
Baby Arugula
Cooked Salmon (which in this case I had leftovers)
Tartar Sauce
Horseradish (optional)
Tomato Basil Flatbread
2nd Pizza:
Fresh mozzarella
Roasted Red Peppers
Basil
Artichokes
Tomato Basil Flatbread
3rd Pizza:
Fig Jam
Gorgonzola Cheese
Baby Arugula
4th Pizza:
Fresh Mozzarella
Tomatoes
Basil
Preparation for all of the above:
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Place different toppings on to flatbreads. Drizzle with some extra virgin olive oil, Black Peppercorn (optional) and place in oven for about 5 to 8 minutes untill cheese has melted.
