Let Them Eat Cake

My sweet tooth is so ready for this. More than 40 of the regions top pastry professionals and students will compete for top honors at the Ninth Annual Let Eat Cake, a Wedding Cake Design Competition on Monday April 15th at The Merion located at 1301 Route 130 in Cinnaminson New Jersey. Brides–to-Be and Fondant Foodies

will be able to sample the entries, toast the talent with Champagne provided by KORBEL , dance the night away to Back 2 Life by Brandywine Valley Talent.

The event will be held this year at The Merion with our blind judging beginning at 4:00 lead by Sweet Genius Ron Ben Israel whom has so graciously donated his time. The judging panel will also consist of

Chef Kathy Gold, Owner of In The Kitchen Cooking Company, Natanya DiBona Co-Founder of Diner en Blanc, Lari Robling Food Journalist and Producer on WHYY just to name a few. The doors open to the general public at 6 p.m.
