Beijinho (Brazilian White Coconut Truffle)

In one of my previous posts I shared with you Brigadeiro (Brazilian Chocolate Truffle).  Well here is another little truffle like dessert.  It’s called Beijinho ( Brazilian White Coconut Truffle), and is made with Condensend Milk, and grated coconut, and rolled in granulated sugar or  Coconut again.  It’s a creamy and rich little dessert.  Beijinho translated is “little kiss”.

  3. These look divine! Do you have a specific wine you would recommend pairing with these for a party?

    1. I think I would actually pair this with either a Merlot because I think it would balance it out since a Merlot is usually smooth and goes go great with something creamy. Also I would say Champagne goes great with the bubbly 😉
