One of my favorite things to make lately has been biscotti. It’s easy and you can be creative and come up with any flavor to add to the dough. I decided to go traditonal with this one and make an almond biscotti. You get all the ingredients together and turn the dough into a log. Then you bake and then take out of the oven after 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand for about 15 minutes then slice them and place back in the oven. Biscotti of course means twice baked. This goes great with a morning or afternoon coffee.
Mmmmm…. I love biscotti! I have a friend who makes the best biscotti too.
Biscottis are so good. I would have never thought to make them myself. Have you made other flavors before. 🙂
