The taste of this light-bodied Riesling has big notes of pears and apples. It’s medium-sweet and has very smooth, low acidity. Relax Riesling is also usually a pretty good value for the money. This has to be by far one of my favorite Riesling, as I haven’t found anything that compares to it yet. Relax was actually recommend by my brother-in-law Dan Smith. I give this a 10 of 10.
Homemade Delish 
Have you tried Pacific Rim Riesling? They have dry and semi-dry Rieslings. Both are great, but I personally prefer the sweeter semi-dry. Was this your “wine of choice” with the bratwurst? 🙂

I’m a stickler for Chateau Ste. Michele Riesling, but Yellowtail is good too…will have to give this Riesling a try. What’s the price range?
Its usually 11.99 but sometimes on sale for 9.99…enjoy and ill have to give Chateau a try..thx for sharing

Great post! Relax is one of my favorite Rieslings, and my wife’s favorite. Another great Mosel Riesling to look for is Clean Slate. Both are great year-round, terrific value and huge crowd pleasers.
