Pigs in a blanket are great and all, But why not change it up with a beer brat or any brat for that matter. I made the beer brat with some onions, sauerkraut and red peppers. Then wrapped it up with a croissant roll. On the side I had some grain french mustard and a drip of regular mustard. This was very much enjoyed. Another easy to make recipe.
